For those who have never done CrossFit before and are looking to try it out. Regardless of fitness level or prior experience, this is the BEST way to see what we do, and how we do it. In this 1 hour class we cover what CrossFit is, class structor, the proper progressions of mechanics > consistency > intensity, and give you a great workout!

How it works: Come in to claim your pass in the next two weeks. There’s no better time to start than now. Your 3 days will be consecutive days, and your three days will begin on your first visit.

Weightlifting for Beginners Program
New Members to NHWLC & CFNH - for those who have little, or no experience, with Olympic Weightlifting. If you are not currently an active member at CrossFit New Haven, or have never had formal training with the Olympic lifts, this option is for you. The price includes TWO Personal Training sessions with our USA Weightlifting Certified Coaches, and a program consisting of 12 workouts to lay a solid foundation of proper mechanics and movement within the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Current CrossFit New Haven Members are given the program and may perform the workouts at any time the New Haven Weightlifting Club meets. Whether you're looking to improve your technique, spend time focusing on strength, or switch focus to Olympic Weightlifting exclusively, this program is for you.
